Join the waitlist
This is one shared waitlist for all Gittings Real Estate rentals. Leave your name, email, and phone. When a unit opens, we reach out to people on this list by text or email. An application is still required before a unit is offered. Gittings Real Estate charges nothing to apply. Screening is through TransUnion SmartMove ($40 per adult, paid to TransUnion). What's in the lease?
